All our Pilates classes are designed using the APPI methodology which has been developed by physiotherapists. APPI is a globally recognised pilates method. This safe and effective approach ensures that you are performing the Pilates moves safely and effectively.
Small class teaching:
There will never be more than 12 people in a class. This allows for individual attention to ensure you are performing the moves as effectively as possible.
I have been a keen sportswoman since childhood, enjoying a wide range of sports and fitness activities. I discovered the amazing rehabilitative strength of Pilates after a back injury and have been hooked ever since. I love the strength, stability and power that Pilates gives and have found it incredibly useful in helping my body rebuild and recover safely and effectively after the births of my two children.
I am a fully qualified APPI instructor (Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute). APPI is a world leader in Pilates training.
