Beginners introduction to Pilates - 4 week course
This 4 week course is suitable for total beginners to be introduced to Pilates from the comfort of your own home.
Pilates has many benefits - reducing aches and pains, improving strength and fitness, improving flexibility and mobility and contributing to your overall health and wellbeing.
The course will be live streamed and will teach you how to perform the Pilates moves correctly and safely.
The moves will be discussed and demonstrated with individual feedback given alongside specific guidance and support to ensure you get the most from your sessions.
Numbers are kept small to ensure everyone receives the individual attention they need.
Everyone on the course will be a beginner so you'll all be learning together.
Support and guidance will be given in between sessions so you can be confident practising the moves you learn on your own.
No specific equipment necessary.
