Beginners introduction to Pilates - 4 week course

This 4 week course is suitable for total beginners to be introduced to Pilates from the comfort of your own home.

Pilates has many benefits - reducing aches and pains, improving strength and fitness, improving flexibility and mobility and contributing to your overall health and wellbeing.

  • The course will be live streamed and will teach you how to perform the Pilates moves correctly and safely.

  • The moves will be discussed and demonstrated with individual feedback given alongside specific guidance and support to ensure you get the most from your sessions.

  • Numbers are kept small to ensure everyone receives the individual attention they need.

  • Everyone on the course will be a beginner so you'll all be learning together.

  • Support and guidance will be given in between sessions so you can be confident practising the moves you learn on your own.

  • No specific equipment necessary.
