Small group classes are currently running on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings in the Staines and Ashford area (see weekly timetable for details). Classes are kept small to ensure more teacher attention to help you get the most out of your pilates session.
Please make sure you wear suitable comfortable clothing and bring some water with you to ensure you stay well hydrated.
Private 1:1 or small groups
Depending on group size these can be run in my small home studio or at your home if you have a suitable space. Please feel free to enquire about these in order for us to find a plan that works for you. 1:1 sessions are ideal for those with specific rehabilitation or health needs or just to enable us to work on your specific goals. I will develop a personalised programme for you based on your needs and goals which will include home exercises.
Ante and Post natal
I am certified in APPI ante and post natal matwork pilates. There is currently a post natal class available (see class timetable for details). I am also available for 1:1 or small group ante and post natal sessions. Depending on group size these can be run in my small home studio or at your home if you have a suitable space. Please feel free to enquire about these in order for us to find a plan that works for you (I understand that leaving the house with a small baby can be a tricky operation!) Pilates is an excellent and safe form of exercise both during pregnancy and for your recovery after birth.
Pilates sessions can be used to improve the health and well-being of your employees. I am available to run morning or lunchtime sessions specifically designed for your employees to get them moving and to help with the common problems associated with sitting for extended periods or working at a computer etc. Please get in touch to discuss options and pricing.
